Over the past few years, we have invested in our Studio through thoughtful development including state-of-the-art facilities such as the The Brokaw News Center. Recent production additions on the lot include:

Opened in the beginning of 2014, a new state-of-the-art headquarters for NBCUniversal’s west coast news operations that includes newsroom facilities, production studios, and a content distribution center.
Purchased and upgraded the 10 UCP office building to accommodate west coast businesses allowing shared resources across the portfolio.
